A disco themed event demanded a visual experiment with mirror balls; a unique material challenge for sure, but the heavy warm vintage light is what really ties it all together. The event felt a little more established by this point, so the confidence to experiment and explore was growing. We leaned into the vintage aesthetics for the typography as well. Straddling the line between 70’s and 80’s, the wide confident style of Thekla really makes itself known.
